This transformative 1:1 somatic bodywork is designed to support you through challenging emotional phases, activated states, periods of transformation and uncertainty, and your healing journey toward living your truth, expanding, and reclaiming your inherent power.

I create a calm, safe, and trauma-informed space with deep respect for your nervous system. With consideration for your unique topics, intentions, needs, and boundaries, we focus on your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body. I may use various tools such as massage and touch, energy work, breathwork, movement, Ayurvedic principles, systemic approaches, inner parts work, meditation, coaching, and ritual. Together, we’ll uncover, unshame, and integrate painful parts or blockages, helping you find a secure, empowered, and connected state of being in the world.

90 min: 125 Euro; 120 min: 140 Euro
Including an initial conversation

To support your commitment and to be able to go deep I offer – after an initial regular 90-min session- 5 90-min. sessions for 550 Euro instead for 625 Euro.
