I may work with tools like massage & touch, energy work, breath work, movement practice, Ayurvedic aspects, systemic approaches, inner parts, meditation, coaching and ritual. We uncover, unshame and integrate painful parts or blockages, and I support you in finding a secure, empowered, connected and regulated state of being in the world.
